How do I get the app and what do I need to do?

Follow the step by step instructions below to get up and running quickly.

Download and install the Locàite app

Click on the App Store or Google Play badge below to download and install Locàite. Please Allow notifications after opening the app for the first time.


Register (or log in)


If you are new to Locàite, click New Customers to register in a few easy steps. You’ll be asked to enter the one-time Activation Code that was included in the box. This will activate your new Locàite device.


Other options:

Log in with email Existing customers, please log in here with your email address and password.

Shared Access If someone asked you to help monitor a friend or relative, tap here and give them the Shared Access Code displayed on your screen.

Securely store payment card details

You’ll be prompted to enter debit or credit card details for your SIM plan, which are securely handled by our payment partner Stripe (an industry leader). Once you confirm the automatic monthly top up, there’s no minimum contract length and you can switch off payments at any time from within the app.

With Locàite, it’s easy to see location, alarms, events, settings and history. Select which device to view, then tap the various options at the bottom of the screen to monitor the safety and well being of your loved one.
